There are a lot of problems with the app. It doesn't allow you to place orders because it says that you need to make a selection for something that isn't even available. For example when ordering a salad it asks you to select greens, this is not an option. It also does not recognize address once they are typed in. The app is extremely flawed and makes it impossible to use.

Spent my rewards points and it says it's shipping my sauce. SHIPPING?? Who the heck wants their food shipped? Also, they don't have my complete address, so where is it going? There's no place in the app to add my full address. I went to the store and I asked if I could just pick up the item because I was planning on using it for lunch. They said they couldn't give it to me, when I showed them on the printout I brought that they didn't have my address, they said they would call. Still waiting.

App is unusable. I contacted them about the issue 2 weeks ago (i.e. when ordering a sandwich it requires you to select the bread - which there are no options to even though I just want it as is). Still no response from them. Great food, great staff, but horrible app and horrible customer service above store.
