I used it for a couple months no issues, BUT, now I can't even use it, I haven't been able to in months and they still charge the $9.99 fee every month. I've tried to get a refund on the $9.99 , but the chat bot says it will transfer me to a "human", but never does. I just want my $9.99+ since it keeps charging me. My husband has an account too and the same is happening on his account too.

I like four but I just realized after making a mistake being late that on my 4 orders I was charged $22 on each. That's more than each payment itself. I have almost $100 in late charges now and I question whether this app is as goof as I thought. My payments were $16.99 and less. All paid . They charged more in late fees than any of my payments, be careful. Nobody has that kind of money for a mistake.

This pay in four app actually works. after using it for about a year unfortunately they went to a monthly subscription, for the few stores I used it for. there's not enough popular options like Amazon etc. loved it until now. Update: it's gotten only worse. They did add Amazon but removed a lot of the old stuff and then they won't approve the orders even though you have the spending limit for it. Heading in the wrong direction 👎
