About this app

PAM PROMobile delivers services to PAM Transport, Inc. drivers. It allows drivers to send and receive messages, scan documents, view their Driver Scorecard as well as a host of other features. Get notified of available loads and accept or decline them right on your smartphone or tablet. We have included the ability to view destinations on a map as well as truck stops and weather along the way to better help you plan your day. In addition, you can avoid truck stop scanning with this app! You can take pictures of the documents you need to scan and electronically route them to the home office right from your smart device.

You will need a Fleet ID to access these features. A Fleet ID can be obtained from your driver manager or office personnel.

Features and Functionality:

• Optimized image quality

• Crop, rotate, lighten, or darken an image for better image quality

• Allow multiple documents to be scanned and sent together

• Quality Check – automatically evaluates, scores the image quality before submission. If the user captures an image of questionable focus or is not legible, the app prompts the user to review or re-take the image

• Accept or reject loads

• Two-way communication directly with the home office

Ratings and reviews

3 stars now due to the constant repeated notifications I get for me but other drivers as well. Was fine & normally didn't have issues with it but all week it's been really annoying. I have muted it but it's still annoying to see dozens of messages that aren't meant for me & getting loads & messages that were from 1-2 days ago. Please fix!! Other than that it's fine. Once in a while I have to retake a picture of my paperwork when it's obviously clear & no option to review it.

Too clunky. Too slow. Too many steps to complete a simple task. Too small entry keys in the wrong places. Too functionally locked to entry points. No option to skip or backup. No out/sent box. No auto fill/carry over information. It could be way way better thought out and stream lined. These just the issues I remember. 😒 hack! Get it together Transflo!

Original version was great, and day the layout just changed and I am now unable to access all the features. I cant send messages or get load info. All it's good for now is transflo
