The new app is a bs. It would not retrieve my trip. And when we tried to purchase the multipass, it went unsuccessful but charged our card 3 times. Next, it would not let us use it for a specific date and time. No call slcenter people answers or fixes the problem. I see the company is going downhill fast.

Terrible, just terrible. The look and feel is ugly, like it was made by a pretty talented high-schooler. It's pretty laggy and does not provide any feedback when loading. Trying to buy a multi-pass simply sends you to the website. Most amazingly, you can search the schedule only once, if you edit something in your query (e.g. the number of people), it just won't search anymore, you have to restart the app.

Got this just to exchange one ticket for another a week later. Even as a guest, I was able to get it done quickly, so that was nice. A word of warning, if your initial payment appears to fail, double check your email. I did this and found that the purchase had actually gone through the first time. Anyway, no idea why it couldnt just be done online, though the app was definitely ok for this purpose.
