Had a very bad experience by ordering pizzas from this app. Every time I had take it from the store and while I have ordered it through app on 14th October (order ID #11725425) hoping it would be delivered but unfortunately it is still showing food is ready for delivery and there is no way to contact them. I suggest others not to go for this outlet rather Dominos provides a great UX.

Order placed but its took too much time to deliver and no option to track store location and delivery agent tracking not available in app. No help support also there . Store contact number also showing invalid. How can we track or get help about the order than? Very bad service. At the end after waiting for one hour I have to cancel the order with the help of customer care. Hopefully I get refund soon.🙏
