I have several PLS debit cards, all on the app and one of the features that initially attracted me to using the app was the ability to transfer funds between cards in a matter of seconds. This is a great feature....when it's WORKING. Far too often it is NOT working, giving an error message that the feature is temporarily not available. Try later. It's either a problem that's beyond their IT's capability to fix or just beyond their concern because when this occurs, it stays that way too long. Sad

I was told by PLS manager that if I paid a $6.95 fee each month that I would not be charged each time I used this card. I was also told if I choose not to pay the $6.95 monthly charge then I would be charged between $1.00 and $1.50 per use depending if it was pin access or signature access. Of course I agreed to the monthly charge... Just to find out that I/ we are charged the fee no matter what method is used. I will be going to Cash App or even Chime .they are free

I will never use them again. Someone made a purchase on my card and I caught it in time. I called the place they canceled the purchase of 175 instead of returning it back to my balance. They said that they are gonna hold it until June 24th to make sure that they don't take their payment before they release date. This has been since April 26. The company that the charge was made to said they did not accept the charge. They refunded it PLS has been holding my money since then until June 24th.
