I signed up and have done all of about 3 orders I think. People seem to pick the orders quick as they come. Like I get a notification, click immediately and it's gone. Early morning it used to not be so bad. But now it seems impossible. I don't even know how they can click it so fast. I've had the app open and clicked as soon as it pops up and still miss out. Doesn't matter if I'm on WiFi or my provider. I can't get in the app fast enough. Something has to change...I just have no idea what.

I have to say this app is great. The only issue is that the app has trouble finalizing the order. It can take a while. I have deleted the cache and forced the app, I just wish it could complete the order after I submit it without having to do it so many times. I have contacted support throughout the troubles of the app failing, and they have always helped me. Could it be the servers ? But overall, I love point pick up.

The app functionality itself is good. My issue with it, is that if there are multiple orders at the same store, scheduled for pickup at the same time, the app doesn't allow me to accept more than one. This actually makes delivering through this app not actually worth it, because I wind up earning less than minimum wage, and that's before deducting mileage, maintenance, and wear and tear on my car. If you could change that. So I can do multiple orders at once, I'd give you 5 stars for sure.
