Difficult to use. If you have to download it, your job is about to very pettily force you to ask for days off individually, one at a time, and give reasons for every day you want off. It's not intuitive. It's not made to help us. It was more of a hassle to fill out that calendar then it was to get the last three jobs I had. If your job asks you to download "LIFELENZ", maybe consider downloading "Indeed" instead.

Been having problems with it since I first got it - hard to sign in to, breaks constantly, doesn't save changes and fails to load all the time. Now, it won't let me log in at all - havent been able to see my shifts in months and I've been relying on my manager telling me my shifts - very helpful app, thanks... and before then, I only was able to see notifications and the app wouldn't load. Second phone I've used this on, reinstalled several times, cleared cache, and still doesn't work.

it is helpful for quickly finding shifts, booking time off, etc. however since the most recent update i have not been able to open the app. it sends me to a blank white screen and i cannot access my shifts. this is very distressing, since it is the only place i can find when i am scheduled apart from calling my manager. it is also annoying that the mobile app is the only place i can log in, since the website is for higher-ups in the company only.
