Mostly positive!! All I could suggest for the Pushups is, allow user controlled time. Sometimes 3 minutes delay is too long. Also, I feel the shorter sets of 5 sets may be too short. Extend the sets out as the repetitions get bigger, but tweak the rest time to be shorter. Instead of 35, 31, 27, 25, 23 with 3 minute rest times, do 27, 25, 25, 24, 23, 21, 21, 20 with 2 minute breaks or 90 seconds. Something like that. More sets, less break time, same pushups (or more).

Needs some basic features: the ability to correct erroneous inputs, or to skip a segment/workout day entirely so you can move to the next one, or perform a new test at anytime instead of being locked into a regimen. This last one is especially needed when returning from injury or illness. Which leads to the worst thing; the inability to save online or store progress off-device. Currently, it's required to access the old device via the screen to transfer data to a new device.
