Horrible service in general. Makes you wait for so long . Does not reach back to you . No one follows up . Logs you out automatically. And each time you reach out, you have to explain everything from scratch ! Because they delete the history!

Day 9 : Support said last swift copy was not in proper format (no callback until now), I keep following, SMS was incorrect and said they could not find the payment, I send again and they confirmed they got correct one. Waiting for next update. Issue : I’m stuck chasing my money. Despite sending the SWIFT copy three times, I’m still told it’s pending, with no action or follow-up from your side. If this is how you handle a simple payment, I can’t imagine trusting you with my salary account.

I got scam from rak bank I transfer the money in pakistan 200 aed but they charge from me extra amount for service 237aed extra it's mean you have to pay double amount I called helpine they said we will charge 105 aed for cancellation your transaction really i didn't see this kind of the bank I will not refer to any one please be carefully
