The Raptor® Alert mobile app is used with Raptor Technologies® newest emergency management solutions – Raptor Alert™, Raptor Reunification®, Raptor Accountability™ and Raptor Drill Manager®. Those who purchased Raptor Alert individually or with other Raptor Emergency Management solutions – should download this new Raptor Alert mobile app. Speak with your system administrator or Raptor support if you have questions.

App keeps crashing since the update. Also, co-teachers cannot easily take roll during an emergency/drill since they are not the "teacher of record". Please allow for multiple teachers per class. ----- When the app does work, it is very slow and glitchy. There have been times when I did not receive the alert through the app, only through text message/email. Then I have trouble getting the app to load the incident - it just doesn't show up. ----- Our schools pay a lot of money for it to not work.

Raptor is automatically pinning the app on my phone, and I am unable to access the app. I unpin it, and when I go to open the app, I get a notice that there is a bug, and to try again after the developer has fixed it. Our school district uses this technology, and I am unable to account for myself or my students during drills, let alone a real emergency!

I need this app for work. The app worked perfectly fine last school year. However, this school year, I can not get it to work (frustrating). I updated the app, uninstalled & reinstalled the app, and restarted my phone several times. The app just will not work. This will be a serious problem when conducting drills or even a real event, and I can not mark myself or my students safe. I rate this app a 3 because the app has worked in the last 2 years. This is the first year that I have had problems.
