Everything works fine with the app except for the fingerprint access. I tried to re-enable it after it turned off and it asked me for my user ID and password but it said it was invalid. However when I actually log into the app it says my user ID and password is correct

Cant sign in now. I was signed on and able to view my schedule just 2 days ago and now my information is not correct. But I use the same info to sign on the computer or in my browser no problem. Please fix!!!!

Timecard is never available. All it says is "error while fetching timecard details". 90% of the time.
