Booked a trip for my relative. They were happy with the experience. However door to door distance shown in Google map and actual was different, actual was more by around 50 km ( 10% plus). There was no detour. My relative were not aware and not asked for tripmeter to be me made zero neither noted at the time of trip end. Some check/ control required in App itself just like OTP to start the journey so that people do not forget this point. Also you should provide toll details as statement.

Poor customer support. Before booking, their site will say that all tolls are inclusded in the price. But during the trip, they will come up with clauses such as national highway expressway tolls are not covered, even though that is nowhere mentioned in their exclusion. Their driver will say no tolls at all are covered by Savaari. It's a hassle and a mess. Better try other services.

Used the app for the first time, from Gurugram to Delhi and back for a whole day. The experience was very smooth, the driver details was shared without delay and all communication was efficient. Really felt safe and assured after seeing how their system works. Will definitely recommend to others and will surely use it again.
