Ratings and reviews

It works but frustrating. Too cumbersome with too many button combo operations to remember. Not preteen friendly. Often disconnects and often difficult to reconnect. I also have the helmet, which will sometimes refuse to even turn on despite full battery level. The speaker is great for voice but not music. It's just rather frustrating to use. Going to switch to Cardo, which is 2x the price, but uses a simple button operation and an exposed control unit for easy glove access.

The essentials function, but there are still bugs. There is a disconnect error that is shown everytime the app buffers (but does not disconnect.) It spams the message of updating the device, but there is no clear way of doing that with the broken link provided. Its also inconvenient that the disconnect bluetooth device is also mapped to joining the helmet call. Also lack of mute is a poor idea. Seeing as I am the sole reviewer, I will update the review of the problem is fixed.

When it works, it's good. Getting it to work with the horrible, infuriating 'instructions' is extremely frustrating.
