This is by far the worst app I have ever used. It is slow, does not work with saved passwords or Biometric data as it always forgets I selected to save it, the user interface is trash, impossible to navigate to useful information or view policies in a meaningful way, and looks like it was designed in 1987. Not to mention Farm Bureau is trash. They no longer write policies in Louisiana and their agents lie to you about the policies they are able to write.

yall need to get it together. I can't pull anything up on this app.. ID Cards and everything else has been temporarily unavailable for a bit now smh 🤦‍♀️.. at least with the app before the upgrade worked except for the biometric part.. but hell I didn't mind putting in my password every time cause everything else on the app still worked

ever since they updated the app it never records my trips anymore. I've given it all the permissions and nothing. the icon will even pop up in the top bar and say it's recording but if it does, it's not saving it in the app.

What’s new

Florida users will see an enhanced version of their membership card. We’ve also added support for updated personal umbrella policies and included a few bug fixes.
