LOVE! 10/10! I downloaded and tried six different apps to track my food and exercise. none of them let you set goals other than weight gain or weight loss and the experience was overly complex or convoluted. mysymptoms is way more all-encompassing, has way more options, and is exactly what I was looking for, while still being simpler, more focused, more visually appealing (other apps were cluttered and visually distracting), and easy to manage.

I didn't get the free trial canceled and couldn't get a refund, so I was charged $43. My fault, but the free trial methodology used is predatory and expensive for what you get in premium. It’s honestly worthless to me. The free app is decent. Symptom adding and tracking is a bit tedious, but overall intuitive and the ranking system is good. Edit notes 6/18/25 I added two stars and provided a more thoughtful review less based on my frustration because the developer cares enough to respond.

We're sorry the app didn’t meet your expectations. Billing and reminders are handled by the Play Store, but we understand missing a cancellation can be frustrating. We’d love to hear what you found lacking in the premium features. Please email us at support@mysymptoms.net — we’ll do our best to help.

I think this app should try and partner with the NCP Panel, where I am able to log most of my purchases with a barcode scanner. This app would be far more useful if a barcode is scanned and it searched the internet for items matching the UPC, and we could click to confirm. I lost patience when trying to enter one of my vegetarian lunches, and the app didn't recognize Morningstar Farms, which I've eaten since a kid. I agree with other reviews; it is also not friendly searching ingredients.
