So this is just about the app the grill is great I love it. So this is praised as a mobile grill. But I was unable to connect to a different Wi-Fi because you can't get to the Wi-Fi settings. Bluetooth is much more limiting to distance so you have to be close to the grill to get information. Where's Wi-Fi will let you walk a little further away. Clicking on the red symbol for Wi-Fi does nothing. Hopefully they'll get this app straightened out.

App is kinda a pain. You can't do anything unless you're logged in, and the grill is turned on to pair with Bluetooth. AND it REQUIRES WiFi or a data connection & location on to setup the app initially. Never did get WiFi connected, using just the Bluetooth. App is new & needs some work. There is no place in app settings to access Bluetooth or WiFi settings.

It won't accept my NinjaKitchen credentials despite them working perfectly fine on the website. It seems to be a recurring issue with Shark/Ninja products, many others are having the same issue as me in these comments, and the SharkClean app won't let me register my robot vaccum either due to some technical error/s. It's Sunday, so their support is closed. We were really hoping to get this up and running today. Edit: I had called over the weekend and they were able to fix it. Works great!
