Ratings and reviews

This has to be one of the worst software's I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to work with in my 15 years of work experience. Items refuse to sync between devices for days or even weeks at a time, photos for tasks randomly delete themselves after taking them, and organizational options are practically nonexistent. The big wigs at my company think it's awesome, further displaying that all it takes is an office full of morons pretending something is good to sell a product.

Just when you think you got a grasp on the app they update it and change so much it becomes unusable. Everything is a jumbled mess.

The app is pretty flexible but the new logout system is not acceptable at all. In a fast-paced industry where time is extremely valuable neither maintenance nor office staff have the time to log back in 50+ times a day. God forbid any of your maintenance guys aren't tech-savvy and can't remember their password. The official email stated that logins would be good for 30 days, this was clearly a lie as the app logs out as soon as your screen sleeps and the desktop logs out when you switch tabs.
