When it works, it works great, but when it doesn't... This isn't saying the app is hit or miss; it works 95% of the time. It's that 5% that'll leave you scratching your head: what do you mean "no connection detected" -or- "experiencing problems accessing information"? My wifi and/or data is running fine, and if the bank can't access my account, what did this mean for the paycheck being deposited? But like I said, 95% of the time it runs great, it's just that 5% that's worrisome.

UPDATE; Initially I was impressed with it easy to use features and transfer funds feature. However after having the app for couple years it just stopped working one day. I launch the app, the blue "S" screen comes up for a second then disappears. I'm not able to use the app. I've checked for updates on my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, nothing works. I reported the issues to SNBT's customer support and was told, the app won't work on my phone and I should use the browser. No help at all

Frequently breaks. Refuses to update if there is one. Any time I need to check my accounts during an update it just simply tells me it cant mostly wont verify my informarion and then I get to play the best game in the world "Am I Broke or Not" (please note the sarcasm, your app sucks)
