Ratings and reviews

Charged after cancelation! No emails sent to confirm subscription, payments, or cancelation. The app just continues to take your money even if you ask it to delete your data and uninstall the app. There is no record available of when you use services or request cancelation. When I requested a refund for payments that shouldn't have been made, the in-app support says they can't/won't help, tries to discourage you from filing a dispute with the bank, and says you to contact your local carwash. BS!

this app crashes. a LOT. the carwash is good, but they definitely need to have a better app if everything is controlled on it. I can't view my account, edit my membership, or even delete my account if I wanted to. this app opens with an error code so it's just a wasted app. I plan to keep my carwash membership so it's not an issue for me, but people who want to cancel theirs, can't. please fix the bugs in the app, that's all I ask.

There doesn't seem to be any intuitive way to switch back and forth between a 'monthly subscription' and 'pay per wash' on the app, or at least confirm which type of subscription you have. I have no way of confirming if I have a monthly subscription or if it's going to charge me every time I go through the app lane. I am trying to set it up for a monthly unlimited wash. This is very frustrating for a new user who wants to spend money at your location on a regular basis this summer.
