Ratings and reviews

How do you have such a good rating when everyone of you reviews are so bad? I've had to cancel just about every reservation I've made this week using this app. Everything from double booking rooms that don't exist from booking cars that aren't available. Successfully booking a hotel room to a hotel that doesn't have an address. Folks who have to use this app for work, I feel bad for you.

Navan is not built with android in mind. I am using an s24 ultra, and when I try to log in, the app does a loop back to the log-in screen. I have the correct password as it will log in to the home screen for exactly one second before bringing me back to the log-in screen. The same thing happens on my flip 5. Make your horrible ui app work.

An expense app that can't save cards on the server??? Aside from the registration being a painful experience (every time I set up a password, next time I login it's wrong... tried 4 times and created a new account. Same thing everywhere. This is absolutely infuriating). Then I tried adding 3 different cards. One did not work - "contact support"... What is this? IRS? Absolutely terrible experience.
