This app and headset need some serious work. I've had two sets of TB's before that worked great. So went ahead and took the plunge on their best set. This app doesn't recognize my headset although it's literally paired to my phone. Not only that pretty disappointed in the audio quality thus far. Pretty bad when my older cheaper headsets worked better than the top of the line headset they offer. Will definitely be considering other brands from now on.

App functions as you would expect to change settings and update firmware on the headset although there has not been an update for the headset in years (most recent update is from 2015). Also the app allows you to customize the the sound presets but does not give you any options to change them too. The old Audio Hub had many presets to download specific to the game you were playing like Witcher 3, Call of Duty or Mass Effect. It seems they are currently not acceptable... but why?

Looking to be my last turtle Beach headset purchase. I own the stealth 700 Gen 2 and this thing is failing me less than 1 year later. From mic sensitivity issues to volume adjust troubles. Not to mention the app support is not existent, while the website directs me to this particular download. And yes, I thought it may be an issue with firmware as I didn't try this for the last 6 months but nope! Everything is up too date apparently...
