works less than half the time. otherwise, things won't load, it won't process that I'm "on the way". when it's working it's pretty good, 4/5. it's not a whole foods app lemme tell you update 9/1/25 thank you for fixing the "I'm on my way"! I have used 3 times in past few weeks and has worked each time. Definitely improves the functionality of the app. now 4/5

I've pretty much stopped shopping at Albertsons because the app is so slow and buggy. When it works, each item searched takes forever to load, but more than half the time, the app won't load at all - just a white screen forever. It takes me about 3 times as long to do my shopping on this app than the other grocery app I have whose store is right across the street, so I've pretty much switched entirely.

I use the app for grocery delivery and love it, but it is annoying that the app gets stuck on the loading screen a lot... I restart my phone, restart my data, clear cache, but it still doesn't work... Sometimes though the app will load when I'm not using wifi.. Other times even without wifi it's not working... Hopefully it gets fixed soon, cause this is the only place I grocery shop and I love being able to do it from the comfort of my home...
