It was the most bug ridden app I ever tried to use. I say tried because it never would work. First, it wouldn't let me sign in. It just kept returning to the log-in page. Then, it would freeze up when trying to scroll through the ad. I exited and returned. It then just kept reloading every few seconds while flashing the grocery bag drawing. Thought this would be easier than navigating the web page, but I was sadly mistaken.

Terrible app. After the most recent update, you have to click on "See more" to view all coupons instead of scrolling through a comprehensive list like it was before, which was FAR more convenient. The app frequently crashes or won't load. It also logs users out frequently. Despite adding coupons on the app and entering my phone number at checkout, valid coupons are not applied even though I made sure to buy the correct item and ensured that my purchase met the qualifications. You also can't use your rewards points, so the only way we can use our rewards is to apply them as cash ($1 per reward) at checkout. Since the app is down today, I tried logging into my account online and got the error message that I am using an invalid email address or password. I am using the correct password and email, but the website won't let me login. This is extremely inconvenient on days like today when the app is down and you need to go grocery shopping...

3 stars: pages load very slowly; all products are not shown when you search, only when you view by department; items out of stock show as being in stock, if you add it to your cart, it will not show in your cart; while scrolling through search results, page reloads, says "no records"; saved card info is not saved, you still have to type it in to place an order; and today, for some reason, I could not add more than 70 items to my cart. At one point, it said my cart was empty. Very frustrating.
