About this app

Verint WFM for Branch increases workforce engagement and collaboration with easy to use mobile features. The app is an extension of the core solution. Users can submit time off requests, swap and offer shifts, and set their unavailability preferences on-the-go from their mobile devices. Communication within the organization is made easy through our Connect platform.

Users can:
View daily schedules for all employees from the Branch Schedule report
View employee monthly calendars from the Connect Calendar
Employees can submit their time off requests and unavailability preferences
Employees can swap and offer shifts
Managers can review and respond to all employee requests

Ratings and reviews

I hate this app. There's more times it does NOT work than anything. At least once a month I get the 403 FORBIDDEN error so I have to delete the app and reinstall with a code from my office. You can't take screenshots for "security purposes" even though there's no personal information. And the scheduler function is pointless from your phone because it's way too hard to do. If the app would turn to landscape it might be easier, but of course it doesn't.

Works great until it doesn't. Unfortunately sometimes the app crashes and I'll receive a bad request error leaving me without knowing when I need to be at work in the morning. At this point, I have memorized my verification code from work with how often I have to troubleshoot by deleting and re-downloading. Massive waste of time and incredibly frustrating. I can't tell if it's Verint or the garbage Pingid app that I have to use. Currently in a cycle where it is continuously asking to verify me.

Absolutely horrible app. Takes forever to load when it decides to work. For the last 2 weeks I've gotten a 403 forbidden error message and cannot access my schedule from home. When it does work, it prevents you from screenshotting so you can't plan ahead for when it inevitably doesn't. Probably the worst work schedule app I've seen yet.
