This used to be the best app ever, but then they went and changed it. Now, it has nothing but issues. I have to uninstall/reinstall every other time I login because either the ticket scanner won't be there or the scratch option or the rewards 360 icon won't be there to select. It's so damn frustrating it makes me hardly want to use it anymore. I've even significantly cut down on buying scratch tickets because I can't check how many winners are left most of the time & that's a necessity for me.

Camera scan button and other UI elements disappear until I force close and clear the app cache. App didn't ask for camera permission either. Back button took me out of the app entirely. Would be nice if it showed the numbers it scanned and which ones did/didn't match, as an added check. Don't want to accidentally throw away a ticket worth $1 billion, after all.

When it works, it's great. Unfortunately, it frequently and seemingly randomly opens to a menu screen that does not provide access to the ticket scanner. I have tried multiple fixes without success. When it happens, I have no choice but to just close the app & try again later. Sometimes it is just a short period of time & sometimes it is days or weeks before it opens & works correctly.
