Edit June 7th: it has been over 6 months since the last update. STILL BROKEN you have to delete and re install the app to get it to work. Otherwise, it will say, "Can't connect to server." it does this EVERY DAY without fail several times a day. The only fix is to reinstall. Then you have to make sure you're logged in to get your points for losing tickets. It feels purposeful at this point to avoid us getting our rewards points. Fix this, please.

This app needs to be fixed. When scanning scratch tickets its usually down because of system problems. And that sucks considering you can only scan up to 500 points a day! It really messes up my account points and slows down the reward process. This needs to be addressed. When it works it scans tickets very fast so when it's good it's great.

Laughable performance at best. Even at peak operation this app was buggy, but now it's not even loadable. Not just for a singular instance, but for a week or more at a time. I cannot think of an app that is worse, and judging from other reviews, that seems to be the common experience. For a state that prides itself on being a tech hub, our lottery is in slide rule/abacus land.
