One of the worst laundry app I've used. Doesn't connect sometimes, I need to close the app every time I start a load, if I want to do more then one wash and the account balance doesn't update properly. In 2012, my college implemented an app and website for laundry. An app from over a decade ago worked better and was more reliably than this. I could also see if the washers/dryers were currently in use or not.

The app is a pain when it comes to connecting to the machine. It says connecting, the machine and app both say machine is "busy" when it is loading. The add time button takes forever. This is very slow. The building got new machines with the new app. We were given a heads up to create our profiles ahead of time, but without the machines on premises, I was unable to create a profile. This app is not user friendly. We are in a senior living area, I see nothing but problems in the future.

The concept behind this is awesome, but the execution needs some improvements. There's been a few times have been logged out of my account without being able to go back in due to technical difficulties. There's also been a few times where I wasn't able to add more funds, kept getting error messages. Those are the two main issues for me. Oh and it would be so much more useful to able to reload an amount smaller than $10. Because sometimes we're just a few cents or a dollar off.
