The app is useless, and I don't know whymany features are only on the app and not possible website for example paying through the balance, why i need every time to install the app. Especially, the app is so heavy as memory

My internet has not been working properly for about 15 days now. Please increase your internet speed. None of our apps work well. My messenger apps do not work in any way. Please fix the problem. Thanks.

The only useful part I found was that I could my usage when I opened the app. But ever since this new update has been announced, the app does not open at all. As soon as I try to open it, it asks me to update it, but the update takes ages and has not downloaded for last 3 days. I can't even check how much data I am using and what is the balance. Of course the net is so slow that I cannot attend any webinars nor can I see any live streaming video!
