Ratings and reviews

The app is okay, I find the longer the day goes the slower the notifications come through. I can pick up my child, will be having dinner and I will get a notification that his nappy was changed 4 hours previous. Also the new way to view photos is absolutely awful. Pictures are tiny, so hard to zoom into, can't save or like individual photos. Change it back. There's not one positive review about the change.

I used this app for 2 different centers for my child. I only every get notification from one and they only come though straight away in the mornings, in the afternoon I have to open the app the check for updates and it's been happening for well over a year now. From the other I get 0 notifications always have to open up the app to see updates. All of my notifications are turned on and app upto date. It's really inconvenient when I rely on these notifications while working.

The most recent update has removed the ability to download individual photos. Now I have to download ALL photos attached to an update. This means I am downloading 10-20 photos a day that do not include my child.. This increases the risk that someone may accidentally post online photos of other kids unintentionally as we are downloading everything. Change this back, please! It is incredibly frustrating.
