Trust this app to break at peak hour while trying to pay for parking at a shopping mall. They don't even have a system status web page to notify customers of any issues.

When it works it nice , When is doesn't it's a disaster failed logins , codes not being sent , Let's just say if you need it in an emergency high chance you washing the dishes

Tried scanning qr code on parking ticket on two occasions now. nothing happens ! tried calling support today, but not open on weekends. therefore had to go back on both occasions to stand in long queues. had hopes this app would relieve frustrations, but ended up adding to them.
