In some ways the mobile app is better than the website and vice versa. So far, everything seems to work perfectly. The only thing I would like to see improved is the ability to edit the customer's booking page. I'd like to change the welcome message, maybe the colors or add a few images, and I'd really like to add descriptions to my services/classes. If descriptions can be added, I'll change my rating to 5 stars. I can live without the rest.

the platform is simple, easy to use..but the booking crashed for 4 days and the customer care said its fault from their side and they didn't respond for 4 days...they said it will be fixed by the end of the day - nothing happened. The next day they said someone from their team will call - no one called. unacceptable. Zoho needs to take in professionals to deal with problems like these. The platform is user friendly.

wouldn't show any information on customers or services from my Zoho account when I log in ? I mean I want to be able to see my customers I have all saved in zoho inventory app on the bookings app so I don't have to re-do them all

We apologize for the inconvenience. You can view customer details by opening an appointment in the mobile app. The Services/Events list is accessible via the 'Share' tab (second icon on the bottom panel). For further assistance, please contact support@zohobookings.com.

What’s new

Disable End Time Selection for Resources:
You can now disable the end time selection for resources on the web. This ensures customers book only within the intended time slots, avoiding overlapping or incomplete bookings. It also gives admins greater control and flexibility over scheduling, ensuring consistency.

Booked IP Address in Appointment Summary:
You can now view the IP address of a booking directly in the appointment summary for better tracking and security.
