The way that we have to keep updating almost every week is incredible, i dont see any changes on it and my cellphone is running out of space, now i canno get access since i dont have the new version, and when i try to check online the website just says that i have go dowload the app, you should make it easier for the customer and find a way to fix it.

Saludos , es importante mencionar que las actualizaciones obedecen a procesos de mejoras desde nuestro sitio y que son necesarios para el correcto funcionamiento de los aplicativos, en caso de no realizarse, el cliente pierde la capacidad de acceder a la herramienta y lo acondicionaría a utilizar una de nuestras plataformas de servicio.

In the history of banking there has never been a worse bank or application. For 3 days this app has been down. Now it's back up and it doesn't work. Can't see my favorites. This bank is a lie and a complete waste of anyone's time. They say just call - takes hours for them to answer. Just come in to the bank - and wait five hours for no reason. Online site sucks and can't usually login. The app is like a 2nd grader made it. BNCR executives need a field trip to a real bank. Their clueless!
