With the Between Us service, you simply send the shipment to another dispensing point or to the door in no time - without queues and long waits. No more paperwork, long forms or label printing. And from 69 CZK.

Thanks to the application, you also have an immediate overview of all your shipments. Both about the ones on the way and the previous ones.

What awaits you in the application?
Sending a shipment - Between us
No more paperwork, forms or label printing. Send our shipment in no time with our mobile application, in which you will find the Between Us service. All you need is a phone and online payment.

Shipment return
Do you need to return the shipment to the e-shop? No problem. The application allows you to easily return the shipment, just enter the code you received from the e-shop. You don't have to fill anything else.

Tracking
Thanks to detailed shipment tracking and connection to our system, you will know exactly where the shipment is located.

Push Notifications
Be in the picture. The application notifies you immediately when the shipment is ready to be picked up.

Dispensing points
Thanks to the interactive map, you can search for the nearest dispensing points in the area. The built-in filter also allows you to select the places where you can pay by card, for example. In the detail of the dispensing point you will find a description of how to get there, including photos or opening hours.

Shipment archive
In the shipment archive, you can view all your shipments that have ever been paired with your account.

terrible experience first hand, copying data from Gmail to packeta switching from window to window, it skips the steps, forward, applying coupon before filling out the price for recipient, moves you to last page, so one package took me 5x to retype and restart the procedure. you cannot go back, and if you apply coupon and fill out the price to be payed by recipient you will be hit with 1.4 euro shipping fee. gpay fee probably. there is no way you can go back to check all data, its always forwar

Bad customer service. They don't deliver to my preferred box or the closest Zasilkovna shop. Instead they deliver to the box or shop that are most convenient for Zasilkovna drivers. They didn't ask me for my preference.

I've wasted so much time on the first hurdle, registration. I've given up. First, the app asks for an email address. I enter one. Then it asks me to open my email app via a button. It opens the wrong email app: Outlook instead of Google Mail. I start again and enter my work email address (Outlook) and click the button again. It opens my email, and I click "verify email". It takes me to an error page. I call the help line. The assistant can't help me. End of story.
