Sending a shipment - Between us
No more paperwork, forms or label printing. Send our shipment in no time with our mobile application, in which you will find the Between Us service. All you need is a phone and online payment.

Shipment return
Do you need to return the shipment to the e-shop? No problem. The application allows you to easily return the shipment, just enter the code you received from the e-shop. You don't have to fill anything else.

Tracking
Thanks to detailed shipment tracking and connection to our system, you will know exactly where the shipment is located.

Push Notifications
Be in the picture. The application notifies you immediately when the shipment is ready to be picked up.

Dispensing points
Thanks to the interactive map, you can search for the nearest dispensing points in the area. The built-in filter also allows you to select the places where you can pay by card, for example. In the detail of the dispensing point you will find a description of how to get there, including photos or opening hours.

Shipment archive
In the shipment archive, you can view all your shipments that have ever been paired with your account.

DO NOT deliver me anything again!!! I don't receive pick up code, missing 2 numbers! App is confusing to use, and it is very frustrating! If you can choose, don't choose this one! it's terrible you literally cannot access your pick up code for the lockers, and if you do, it won't be all the numbers/letters required!! TERRIBLE!! (edit: I was annoyed that I couldn't receive my package, and I'm sorry for the angry review. Maybe in the future I'll have better experiences.)

A year or two ago, I had many issues picking up packages, but things improved — boxes open faster now and usually deliveries are on time. However, this time I ordered something valuable, and the box was full. They said they’d redeliver the next business day, but it’s been a week with zero updates. Customer service doesn’t reply at all. Really disappointing experience overall.

Unclear info on the website regarding sending parcels abroad, recommending to get an app. In the app I find that I need to be a business entity to ship to more than 4 counties. Also account will be deleted after 3 months (!) because law requires so if I sent/received a package. But I never did, only downloaded the app? Ambiguous information and bad UX

What’s new

You can now pay quickly and securely using a QR code – just scan and you’re done.
We’ve added the option to set delivery preferences – this lets Packeta know where and how to deliver your parcel if it gets redirected.
This update also includes minor bug fixes and improvements.
