I had an app like this before years ago. It wasn't as complex as this app, but it does train the pelvic muscles differently than the last one. However, if some of the reports are true, you can only perform 2 sets per day, that would hinder your progress a bit. On average, in order to see results, you need to perform at least 3 sets over a month to benefit from it. If there was another update that would allow you 3 sets, even on the ad tier level, that would benefit the app greatly.

I enjoy this app compared to other kegle apps. The one price of feed back I would give the developers is, one of your tips say for best results practice 3-4 times a day, but it locks the guild after you have done 2 in a day, maybe make the limit 4 times a day or even 5.

Okay is the best rating I can give. It's fine, but one of the main exercises 'squeeze pulse' just starts a timer and tells you to pulse on and off for 20s, whereas other apps actually have a prompt/buzz for *squeeze*, *rest*, *squeeze* etc. Even after turning on sound and vibration (not enabled by default), it's just one prompt to start and to end in the 20 seconds. That's fine if that's what you're looking for, but this one in particular is not for me.
