You can't cancel an appointment because when you click the button, it tells you to call. There are no options to reschedule. Any appointment labeled "follow up" has zero information as to which item you are following up on. It now costs a copayment to send an update message to a doctor that they requested....but it's free if you call to give that update. Honestly, in my case it's nothing more than another way to remind you of when things are scheduled.

I absolutely love the app. It makes finding results, seeing when medications have been sent to the pharmacy, upcoming appointments, past appointments with appointment notes. I can use it to send questions, non-emergency and about medications. It makes things so much easier when you have a hectic life and really only have time to stop and look at things in the evening.

Since you added the questions at the end of check in about how much pain you're having it doesn't want to close out. If I'm missing something, I haven't found it yet. I recently received a note to confirm my appointment, I did and a few hours later I received another confirmation request. I understand new programming often has kinks to work out but, can also be aggravating. Can we keep the after visit summary available longer? I was looking at mine, had a conversation with my wife it's gone.
