Ratings and reviews

Old app was pretty awful. This new app takes it to new lows. You can favourite a station but you can't buy a ticket from the favourited station! To buy you have to go to the map and press a tiny POI icon. Even though it's saved your car details and payment details you can't checkout without scrolling all the way down and checking the T&C's box EVERY TIME. Even though card details are saved you have to get out your card each time to put in the CVV anyway. Amex and Google pay have been removed.

Sign up process is broken, can't add a vehicle (the ONE thing the app is there for). Says can add from the account later, but that's broken too. Didn't expect a lot from the company that doesn't clearly name car parks and then charges you a penalty when you accidentally parked in the North car park but paid for the South car park (because there are no signs telling you where you are). Feels like this is a "let's make it hard to sign up and then we can penalise more people".

Really poor app. Total garbage customer journey. You can make a car park a favourite, but you can't click through from the favourite page to buy any actual parking - you have to use the map. It doesn't suggest the car park for you based on nearest location like the old app did - you have to click the map. They've added a "repeat purchase" option that's so stupid it wants to charge me double. Not quick, not easy, not clever, just awful.
