Ratings and reviews

Previously, I preferred Foodora over Wolt, because of its better user interface and better deals. Now, it's totally useless!!! It now has priority delivery with higher price. Usually, I'm not desperate for food so I can tolerate if courier delivers another meal before. BUT, I checked the courier and it went to technically another municipality from a restaurant which is 15min away from me. It's like that Foodora intentionally sent courier from a restaurant close to me to some where far !!!

Terrible food ordering app, I ordered at around 8pm I was first told that I would receive my order at around 8.30pm but later I got an update that it will arrive after 10pm and a bit after that the restaurant shut down and my order was canceled. Also the chat is terrible, didn't answer any of my questions. The chat was ended before I could finish my sentence. Don't use this app!

App somehow is not able to use the stored credit cards and I have to add the card numbers again. This is not something I want to do when I order food, it's easier to use a competitor. This is very bad user experience.
