Not suggested / recommended, Wastage of your time. Do not believe in rating given, App designed in such a way that it gets a higher rating. Its OK If within your nearby areas. If bit far than they delay, deny or ask for additional charges. Only profitability matters for them. False Commitments. I was told to cancel my pick up order after waiting for the entire day. It was the same case in my previous order also, I was left with No option but to pay an additional amount.

I had placed an order for delivery and the pick up never happened. I made the order at 11AM and pick up was supposed to happen between 12PM and 6PM. After reassuring many times that the pick up will be done, they canceled the order at 7PM. Their service is not at all reliable, please don't use this app for scheduled delivery, not sure about their express delivery service.

very very worst app . I think the app owners and maintainance people created the app and abandoned it . I tried to get a courier past 3 days because my leg broke . but I think this app really showed why porter is far better than them . total waster of time . I recommend everyone who is planning to use this app . don't expect that you will get parcel in time . it will surely never happen . in a city like chennai itself it didn't happen
