Hello Sir/Madam, I am using a Furogh SIM card and I recharge it with a €15 card. But the internet speed is very slow — I can’t even play games properly on my mobile. I live in Greece, and in the area where I stay, Wi-Fi is not available, so I rely completely on SIM data. I want to play high-end games on my PC by sharing my mobile data connection, but the speed is too slow for that. Do you have any special or fast data package that supports heavy PC gaming via SIM internet? Please let me

Very inconvenient app. It drops the phone number once in a while and i need to login again an again. It doesn't allow to recharge the account by custom amount of money. To sum-up, the application looks and works as it was industry standard 20 years ago... There are still scratch cards in place!!! I've seen them last time in my childhood.

Impossible to login when entering my phone number and activation code; for the past two days when I enter the newly received activation code, an error pops up saying "Frog Something went wrong. Try again later.". Unbelievable. Update 24/5: Two days later, multiple uninstalls and reinstalls, still same problem: "Something went wrong. Try again later. " Cannot top up my account, cannot benefit from frog's offers as they are not available from "My Cosmote" website. This is borderline mockery.
