Ratings and reviews

The app is quite good but it need some polish. The live tracking feature sucks and the biggest thing missing for me is the sorting by distance option when looking for stores, like how can you not have this so many years after release is baffling to me. Efood has way more sorting options and is quite user friendly and I believe that Box has to step up in this field if they want to seriously contend with them!

Will update the review and complaint tomorrow. For now I add with that besides the bad UI, this app and the function of amount and points are confusing to say at least, and there is a security issue with the verification to confirm the actual payment, which was also already an offered amount! The offered amount was suppose to be withdrawn INSTEAD of the bank card! This company now rejects to refund me!

I can't press ok after I confirm address and put details on floor because the ok bar is hidden on my phone screen under the very end of the screen
