This app is HORRIBLE. No point in scheduling pickup time because the app is EXTREMELY inaccurate. It told me to be at the pickup point in 19 min. 30 min later it was still saying 19 min and the map showed the shuttle sitting in the same spot as it was when I scheduled. I almost missed a drug screen for a job. I had to cancel and call an UBER!!!

Great way to get around town. My car is in the shop due to an accident. Gainesville did a great job with this. $3 for a ride directly to your destination is very competitive price wise. A cab is $6 and Uber and Lyft are $9 to $13 one way. One thing I'd recommend is a tip system so that drivers can get compensation for their kindness and good driving.

Come on We go fix this app please! why is it that when am booking a ride am able to book a ride when I book the ride the app force closes all of a sudden what's up with that we go? It's getting more terrible with each use stop trying to make it look fancy and fix the kinks and bumps in your transportation system. This service is terrible and the app is trash 🤬. If you can't deal with these issues then the service needs to be STOPPED. Pathetic
