Actually abysmal app experience. The UI is poorly designed, and the functionality is even worse. Sometimes, collecting the topup doesn't work at all and I'm still charged, and it takes days for that to be refunded back into my account. Even if I am able to top up, I have to persistently add my details in. Why can't the app just save them? This app is the antithesis to the word "convenient" and I would give zero stars if I could.

Try to top up my credit, authenticate the payment, my bank says I was successfully authenticated, but app gives "payment error, transaction declined" every single time. This app is garbage. I was annoyed I couldn't top up on the go, I had to have my card reader to authenticate payment every single time, but now that doesn't even work. I would give 0 stars if possible.

For the past 3 weeks this app will not top up my leap card. NFC is enabled, everything is working, I am using my phone to tap and pay for everything else. It's just this app. I enter all the details for my saved card and it fails everytime and just says Error Please try again. If the problem persists please contact leap (400). The app is up to date, all settings are correct as I had been able to top up whenever I needed until recently. I have been tried an alternative payment card & still fails.
