it's easy to work, and easy to understand. Gives notifications on low balance and then you top up, and power stays on, along with having the power restore too. it has savings function which is easy to use and to top up from. we've never had a problem with it. Great app!! 😁👍🏻

More than 5 Hour, no customer service available, no app working, after topup RESTORE POWER button is not showing up. Worse app that most time not working with internet.. 24 Hour One error.. Sorry! no power in house right now... app not working, website not working and shop topups not working.... no info on the site or anywhere and not answering phones.... you're about to lose a huge amount of customers, not for having a fault but for how poorly your handling it,, giving 1 star because 0 not available
