Ratings and reviews

I am counting carbs. I want to designate the units of my portion size. for instance, 1/4 cup ice cream. This app is stuck on grams. I am not taking the scoop off ice cream home to weigh it. Maybe this option is available if I buy the premium subscription, but I am tired of buying subscriptions for apps that end up being too complicated. it's very hard for me to cancel subscriptions.

It was working great until I switched to Health Connect (from Google Fit). The app hasn't given me data since. I have worked with customer support which was very responsive but it would appear that is an issue on the SNAQ side. All my settings are correct. I'll give it a few more days before I cancel. update: It's May 4th and the app still isn't working.

Dexcom said I could get 1 month of premium free but you have to pay for a subscription up front. So how is that a free month. Right from the start it can't find the foods I had to be able to log it. Also no kind of tutorial to tell you how to enter things like I had 1/2 a muffin and it took a few minutes to figure out how to input.
