About this app

A blood pressure and health metrics tracking app designed by doctors to help you collect and manage your blood pressure readings along with other health metrics. This app has been created to help you measure your blood pressure accurately using your own home monitor, follow your trends over time, and help your healthcare provider best manage your care.

I have been using my Equate 6500 Series Wireless Wrist Bluetooth BP Monitor for over a year now with my Android phone Samsung Galaxy A12. The monitor measures BP well but it sometimes fails to send readings to the Equate Heart Chart App. When this happens, I unpaired the meter from my phone Bluetooth Settings and then paired the device again with the installed app on my phone. However, the monitor recently (Aug 30, 2024) fails to pair with Equate Heart Chart App which was updated (08/27/24).

Tried several times to set up Bluetooth. When I try and pair message says I need app which I have installed, the monitor shows paired but isn't and no option for Bluetooth as stated in instructions. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone twice and still it won't pair. Returning it and will just use my old one and manually log BP in my logbook.

After the app update debacle of August 27th 2024. I can honestly say the team behind this Equate app is on the ball. They responded quickly and fixed the Bluetooth connectivity issue with a quick app update. Everything seems to be working just fine again... A big Thank You to the kind lady that was over the phone on the customer help line...
