Just below per services. Just to get some cold pizza after more than one hour of waiting. The customer service person was just saying sorry and saying, "Let me resolve it," and then she didn't even reach out to me. Arghh, I wish I hadn't ordered there... Just use other apps. I now understand why they have free delivery to attract unsuspecting customers and then give them the worst service ever. And the app is also broken; it says the driver has arrived but I had to wait 30 more min.

Messed my order today, you owe me sh150, otherwise, not a bad app. When placing my order I added a few extras, extra cheese (+150) and extra macon (+150), the pizza didn't come with the extra macon.

Poor customer service. I received cold food several times and also have undelivered orders from them. A refund takes 7 working days, so good luck following up on that. i have till recieved cold food (Aug 10th)
