Very disappointing experience! I placed an order with Pizza Inn and it took over 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive. No one bothered to give an update or apologize for the delay. By the time the food came, it wasn’t even hot. This kind of poor service really takes away from the experience — I expected better from Pizza Inn. Definitely not ordering again anytime soon.

Just below per services. Just to get some cold pizza after more than one hour of waiting. The customer service person was just saying sorry and saying, "Let me resolve it," and then she didn't even reach out to me. Arghh, I wish I hadn't ordered there... Just use other apps. I now understand why they have free delivery to attract unsuspecting customers and then give them the worst service ever. And the app is also broken; it says the driver has arrived but I had to wait 30 more min.

the app itself works smoothly for the most part. sometimes I'm shown offers but when I click on them, they aren't available for some reason. otherwise good service and good food
