Ratings and reviews

No option to receive OTP via Email or SMS. Krungthai will only send OTP to the Thai phone number that was registered when open the account. If you opened account using temporary SIM while in Thailand and that SIM is expired long time ago(or lost), you have no way of getting OTP while trying to reinstall "Krungthai Next" application.

Time management is a critical concern. Non-functional sub apps or links should be removed if not applicable to foreign costumers. Tampering with bank app by blocking customers from using the bank app without formal notification should looked into and many more- Remote administration tool which was unblocked in the bank after presenting all requested documents is now blocked again....

this app sucks after opening bank account I can't even use the app it keeps saying "screen record detected " I don't use recorder I even try to delete and reinstall many times but it kept saying to turn off the recorder bro I don't have a recorder in my phone what's wrong with this app please fix this
