Honestly, this is the worst app I've ever used! The UI design is a mess, and the pinpoint location mechanism is literally trash. But what really gets me is the lack of order tracking option in the app. Sometimes they send a link to track the order, and sometimes they don't - it's so inconsistent! Why can't they just add a proper order tracking feature in the app? Even after the recent update and UI changes, the experience is still really disappointing. 1 star from me, and that's being generous.

one of the worst apps. lags often. very difficult to pinpoint the location, also need to pinpoint the location each time logged in. if the cart was cleared by mistake, again need to pinpoint the location. also, even after pinpointing the location, the riders don't have the location. without a call they can't find the location. expect so much more from a franchise of this calibre.
