1 star because I can't give 0 DON'T USE ZAIN CASH Literally the worst app/service I've ever used. It takes at least 5 seconds to load after you click on anything. Customer support calls are not free, and they take up to 30 minutes to reply. In many transaction, it says "transaction failed", but the money in your wallet is gone with no notification. Hidden fees on literally everything. And last but not least, terrible interface.

This new version is not good. it is not user friendly previous version was so good and user friendly. new version is not saving the benifeciry bank record every time need to add bank account number.

Dear sir, we cant do international transaction through this app recently. the new application is not good. the previous app was good and it was easier. so please make it fast and do the need full..
