I have had an extremely frustrating experience with the NALA app. It has been 7 days since I registered, yet my verification is still not complete. Despite this, I keep receiving emails prompting me to send money, even though I can’t actually use the service at all. To make things worse, there is no way to contact support while this verification is pending. I can’t send a message, and there’s no help available. This whole process feels misleading and wastes time.

I like the app. there is a programming error that needs to be addressed on the sending payments page. When you go to send it, it gives you the option to add a new card. However, when you select that option and go to add new card and send payment, it immediately tries to make a charge without having a valid payment method. Then the system cancels the payment, instead of leaving it open so you can go through the other process to add a card to your payment choices.

This was a decent app with better rates than Remitly, but then it stopped working all of a sudden. In-app support is really slow to respond. It has been over 24 hours and my issue is still yet resolved. Edit: issue first began 4/2 and no resolution still as of 4/25 despite being escalated. Needless to say, I am not anticipating a resolution soon.
